Stars N Stripes Builders Inc
Built on Integrity and Quality. Built for America.
We are a Women-Owned Small Business delivering mission-critical construction, procurement, and secure base operations for federal agencies nationwide. At SNS Builders, every project is built on integrity and quality the American way.
The American Dream, Built Twice.
I grew up watching my father build his world brick by brick. As a contractor, he poured his entire self into his work — every long hour, every calculated risk, every sleepless night was driven by a quiet, unshakeable passion. Watching him, I learned that great things aren't handed to you. They are built, slowly and deliberately, with your own hands.
Seventeen years ago, I left England with nothing more than a suitcase and a heart full of ambition. I didn't know exactly what the future held, but I knew this country held something extraordinary. America has a way of meeting you where you are — and if you're willing to work, truly work, it rewards that effort in ways that still take my breath away.
In 2024, I raised my right hand and became an American citizen — and in that moment, everything came into focus. Starting SNS Builders is my declaration that the American dream still lives and breathes — more than 250 years after it was first put to paper. My father built his dream. I watched. I learned. And now I'm building mine — for this country, and for every agency that trusts us to deliver.
"America gave me everything. SNS Builders is how I give back."
SNS Builders exists because the government deserves contractors who understand the unique security, operational, and bureaucratic demands of federal projects — and who hold themselves to a higher standard. As a Women-Owned Small Business, we don't just build facilities and manage procurement; we build mission readiness. Every project is built on integrity and quality the American way.
"Our standard is perfection. Anything less is a compromise to the mission."
